Materials
- 200 gr yellow noodles
- 1 sachet Tasty Oyster Sauce
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 gr shrimp (remove skin, leave tail)
- 50 gr chicken breast fillet (thinly sliced)
- 50 gr fish balls (cut according to taste)
- 1 item egg
- 50 gr pokcoy
Step
- Boil the yellow noodles until cooked. Remove and coat with Oyster Sauce. Set aside.
- Heat the oil. Stir fry the garlic. Add the prawns, fillet chicken breast and fish balls. Cook until cooked and change color.
- Add the eggs and cook until cooked.
