Shredded chicken

This is a recipe for shredded chicken without sugar. A little oil just for sauteing. It is suitable for consumption for those who are running a diet program.

Materials


  1. 250 grams chicken breast (fillet)
  2. 2 great garlic
  3. 5 Red onion
  4. Cayenne pepper (optional)
  5. 2 cm Laos
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 3 gr / 1 sachet of stevia sweetener (can use sugar)
  8. 4 sheets Bay leaf
  9. 3 sheets lime leaves
  10. 2 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1 tbsp cooking oil
  12. 250 ml water

Step

  1. Boil chicken fillet with 1 bay leaf, boil until cooked. (Discard the fat that floats on the surface of the water when it boils).

  2. Shredded cooked chicken.

  3. Use shallots, garlic, Laos, sweetener, salt, cayenne pepper, coriander powder until smooth.

  4. Saute the spices that have been mashed with 1 tablespoon of oil until fragrant.

  5. Enter water into it and mix well.

  6. Add shredded chicken, bay leaves, lime leaves, stir until blended. Cook until the water runs out.

  7. Correct the taste and serve with warm rice.
